14-Day Return Window

We accept returns of all electric scooters within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@circooter.com for a return authorization. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please retain the original packaging in case of a return.

About canceling orders

  • Cancellation Before Dispatch: Cancel free of charge before shipment.
  • After shipment: contact us immediately to cancel, there will be a $50 handling fee.

Free Returns Within 14 Days:

  • Free Return

    Support Items that are unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • 30% Returns Fee

    Support opened items with less than 10 miles recorded are accepted with a 30% restocking fee.

    Flash exchange within 14 days

    • Unopened Circooter products can be replaced within 14 days. 
    • Products with non-quality issues may incur shipping costs of $50-$350.
    • Products with quality issues will have exchange shipping costs covered by Circooter.
    • The replacement will be performed immediately on the second business day after receiving the package returned by the customer.

    Faulty Items Within 30 Days

    • Return faulty, severity damaged, or severity items with severity defects within 30 days for repair, replacement, or refund.
    • Contact us at hello@circooter.com, and attach images or a video showing the issue.

    Faulty Items After 30 Days

    • After 30 days, return faulty items for warranty repair or choose a partial refund (30%-80%). The amount of the refund depends on the actual issue and circumstances.

    Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

    • Contact us at hello@circooter.com before returning.
    • We'll replace the item, issue a full refund, or offer a partial refund for the wrong items.

      About Accessories

      • Due to the fact that most of the accessories are shipped from China, the shipping cost is relatively high, so we do not support return for refund.

      General Return Process:

      • Contact hello@circooter.com with your order number.
      • Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return label and instructions.
      • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

      Refund Time-frame:

      • Paypal refunds: up to 48 hours.
      • Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.
      • Express shipping cost is non-refundable.

      • Allow 7 business days for us to process returns or exchanges.
      • We only accept returns for purchases made directly through www.circooter.com.
