Shipping & Return
Can my products be delivered to all regions of the United States?
No, we currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Scooters processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive (most orders can be delivered within two days). Accessories and replacements will take longer to be delivered. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email from us with the corresponding order inquiry method and order tracking. You can check your order progress at any time.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order free of charge within 90 minutes of placing it. You can complete the cancellation directly through your account or via the order confirmation page.
After the 90-minute period has elapsed, you will no longer be able to cancel your order, as it will already be processed for shipment.
Can I make address/order modifications?
We are unable to make any modifications or changes to an order once it has been placed. If you wish to make any changes you may cancel your order and place a new order with the correct information.
What if the E-Scooter is arrived with missing accessories or broken parts?
Please take a photo and send to Circooter Support Team by sending email. Circooter Support Team will reply you soon and send correct accessory or part replacement.

Is the tire replaceable and how to replace the tire?
Yes, the tire is replaceable. Please contact Circooter support team for more information or search the video "How to replace the offroad tire" in YouTube instead.
Why does the display an error code?
If you see any error code above, please contact Circooter Support Team to remove the error code.
Why are there braking noises?
It usually means your disc brake tilts which causes friction noise. Please see the "Disc Brake Adjustment" section in the manual. If you still have problems, please contact us for help.
